This impressive 31-story building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle and offers 338 luxurious units. The acquisition was made possible with the assistance of Cushman & Wakefield’s Marc Renard, Sam Wayne, and Dave Karson who represented the seller Gemdale USA. Additionally, Virtú received expert advisory services from Dave Karson, Chris Moyer, Paul Roeter and Jason Blankfein for securing financing through Corebridge.
Skyglass Tower was completed in 2024 and boasts LEED Gold certification as well as stunning glass paneling on its exterior. Situated in the desirable South Lake Union neighborhood,the tower features a mix of studio apartments and one to three bedroom units along with underground parking facilities on three floors. Retail space can also be found at ground level.
Virtú acquired Skyglass Tower through a joint venture with Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ Real Estate Business divisionand their own Virtú Evergreen Fund.This open-end fund launched back in 2015 aims for generational ownership while offering long-term compounding benefits,tax efficiency,and flexible liquidity options.
