Armada Hoffler, the developer of Town Center of Virginia Beach, has successfully leased a full 12,000-square-foot floor to Trader Interactive. The lease was facilitated by brokers from Colliers International and Divaris Real Estate. Trader Interactive will occupy the top floor of the 222 Central Ave. building, which was previously occupied by Armada Hoffler.
In order to meet high demand for office space at Town Center, Armada Hoffler relocated and consolidated their team’s space. CEO and President Shawn Tibbetts expressed excitement about accommodating the growth of a local business like Trader Interactive in this dynamic mixed-use development.
The building where Trader Interactive will be located is known as Armada Hoffler Tower and features 324,000 square feet of office space along with street-level retail spaces totaling 38,500 square feet. The entire district includes an impressive mix of retail (620k sq ft), office (800k sq ft), and residential (760 apartments) spaces that make it an attractive destination for businesses looking for a vibrant environment for their employees to work in.
