Autoport has announced plans to purchase a 400-acre timber tract in Robbins, North Carolina from Jordan Lumber. The company intends to invest over $100 million in creating the Uwharrie Motorsports Park and Resort on Leech Road, just north of N.C. 24-27.

This development is set to be a haven for automotive enthusiasts looking for an unparalleled getaway experience. It will offer car owners the opportunity to showcase and securely store their vehicles while also providing a top-notch driving course spanning three miles.

The first phase of this project is expected to be completed by December 2026 and will include the driving course, clubhouse, and 80-car condos. Subsequent phases will add an additional 75-car condos and garages as well as other amenities such as a sprawling outdoor event space suitable for weddings or corporate retreats, pickleball courts, dog park,and jogging trail.

This $100 million resort promises car lovers an exceptional experience unlike any other in Robbins or its surrounding areas.
