Veritas HHS, a provider of child support services in Maryland through its contract with the Department of Human Services, will be consolidating multiple Baltimore City sites into one central location at Village Center at Stadium Place. The Denver-based group has signed a lease for 9,183 square feet of space and plans to relocate about 40 employees to the four-story building located at 1100 W. 33rd Street by 2025.
The landlord in this transaction was represented by Matthew Mueller and Mike Ruocco from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC. Village Center at Stadium Place is part of the master-planned Stadium Place Campus on the former Memorial Stadium complex grounds. This Class A building offers commercial office space, medical office space, retail options such as MedStar Health and Sage Health clinics along with Dunkin’ Donuts; it also includes approximately ninety age-restricted multifamily residential units.
This move marks an exciting development for Veritas HHS as they continue to expand their presence in Maryland’s child support services sector while optimizing their operations through consolidation into one centralized location within Baltimore City’s vibrant business community.
