"Video Game Company Relocates Headquarters and Expands to 20,000 Square Feet"

TRS recently announced that Gamer Packaging has signed a new, long-term lease at Fifth Street Towers in Minneapolis. The full-service packaging company will be relocating its headquarters to 20,192 square feet on the 19th floor of 100 S. Fifth St., which is part of the one million-square-foot office complex alongside its companion tower, 150 S. Fifth St.

Reed Christianson and Trinette Wacker from Transwestern serve as Principal Broker and Vice President respectively for the office complex and represented TRS in this deal. CBRE brokers Tad Jellison, John Lorence, and Blake Hastings represented Gamer Packaging.

Christianson stated that “Fifth Street Towers offers class-leading amenities and a robust tenant engagement program thanks to thoughtful planning and hard work by many.” He also added that it is significant for a local company like Gamer Packaging to choose their complex as their headquarters among other options available in downtown Minneapolis during these times where companies are seeking high-quality spaces.
