Progressive Real Estate Partners has successfully arranged a new 10-year lease for Pic N Save Bargains at 14670 7th St in Victorville. The anchor space, which spans over 29,680 square feet, was previously occupied by a now-defunct competitor store. The location is part of a shopping center anchored by Superior Grocers and the new store is expected to open its doors in November.
President Brad Umansky and senior retail specialist Monica Dal Bianco West exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the landlord and represented them during negotiations with James Clark from James S. Clark Consulting representing Pic N Save Bargains.
Pic N Save Bargains is a relatively new concept that launched in 2019 as an updated version of the former Pic N Save brand which had left the market after being acquired by another company back in early-2000s. With two stores already operating successfully in Anaheim and Whittier, more locations are set to open within this year including their newest addition at Victorville.
According to Dal Bianco West: “We believe this location will be perfect for Pic N Sav Bargains due to its value-oriented trade area along with co-tenancy with Superior Grocers making it an ideal spot for their grand opening.”
