**ViaWest Sells Former Insight.com Headquarters in Phoenix**
The former headquarters of tech company Insight Enterprises has been sold by ViaWest Group to Pacific Coast Capital Partners. The property, a two-building industrial complex located at 6840 and 6860 S. Harl Avenue in Phoenix, was formerly known as Sight Logistics Park.
Originally developed as an office facility, the 357,103-square-foot property was transformed into an industrial asset following a $40.2 million construction loan issued by Pacific Coast Capital Partners in 2021. Renovations were completed in 2023.
ViaWest Group initially acquired the asset as part of a $26.9 million portfolio deal in 2020. The two buildings measure 201,187 and 155,916 square feet, respectively, and were 88 percent leased at the time of the sale. Notable tenants include nVent, Daikin, Rentex, and Supply Chain Solutions—the latter occupying the largest footprint within the park.
The transaction was brokered by JLL’s Ben Geelan, Senior Managing Director; Greer Oliver, Senior Director; and Connor Nebeker-Hay, Associate, who represented ViaWest Group in the sale.
