Howard Hughes, the developer of Merriweather District in Columbia, has secured a 3,290-square-foot lease with Paws Up Veterinary. The new clinic will be located on the ground floor of Juniper, a recently developed mixed-use apartment building at 6000 Merriweather Drive.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Paws Up Veterinary to Merriweather District,” said Kristi Smith, President of the Maryland Region for Howard Hughes. “Offering exceptional care for pets and peace of mind for their owners, Paws Up is another fantastic amenity for our residents, office tenants, and community.”

Merriweather District is a multi-phased, mixed-use development that, upon full build-out, will feature 200,000 square feet of retail space, 2 million square feet of office space, nearly 1,000 residential units, and 250 hotel rooms.
