Meanwhile,Kwok has spent his entire 18-year career directly involved in originating billions worth of financing transactions through his expertise in structuring deals underwriting them effectively.Quirin brings her experience from serving as chief underwriter for Capital One before transitioning into production work back in2022.All told,the team has originated more than $20 billion worthof commercial real estate loans primarily focused on Fannie Mae,Freddie Mac,and FHA loans within western states.
In order to ensure direct access to agency debt,Arcus Harbor recently entered an exclusive correspondent relationship with Lument,a lender authorized by Fannie Mae DUS,Freddie Mac Optigo,and HUD/FHA MAPand LEAN programs.ArcusHarbor will refer all its originations involving these agencies’ loans directlyto Lumentfor processing,closing,andunderwriting services.Lumentwill also offer balance sheet lending optionsas wellas non-agency loan productsforArcusharbororiginations.
