Stream Realty Partners has recruited Wes Hunnicutt and Matt Moore to bolster its industrial tenant representation team. The duo will join the Irvine office as Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) responsible for transaction management, new client and business pursuits, as well as industrial tenant representation. They will work with executive managing director Martin Pupil to expand Stream’s occupier services platform across the Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire markets.
Hunnicutt commented that Stream’s entrepreneurial approach to commercial real estate allows their team “to grow our industrial tenant representation business while partnering with our clients who are interested in realizing value through building acquisitions and build-to-suits.” Prior to joining Stream, Hunnicutt and Moore served at Newmark where they specialized in acquisition/disposition of industrial space as Senior Managing Directors.
