**Vestar Takes Over Property Management at Superstition Gateway in Mesa, Arizona**

Superstition Gateway, a prominent retail destination in Mesa, Arizona, has welcomed a new property management and leasing team. Phoenix-based Vestar has been appointed as the new property manager, while Western Retail Advisors will handle leasing for the center. Previously, leasing was managed by Velocity Retail.

The two companies will collaborate to further enhance operations and maximize occupancy at the nearly 500,000-square-foot center, which is currently 97% leased and draws approximately 700,000 visitors each month.

Located at the corner of US Highway 60 and Signal Butte Road, Superstition Gateway features a diverse tenant lineup, including major anchors such as Walmart, AMC Theatres, LA Fitness, Kohl’s, Marshalls, PetSmart, Michaels, Five Below, and ULTA, along with over 50 additional retailers.

Alvarez & Marsal Capital Real Estate acquired Superstition Gateway in April 2025. The Western Retail Advisors leasing team includes Bryan Ledbetter, Neil Board, and Katie Weeks, who will serve as the exclusive leasing brokers for the property.

This addition strengthens Vestar’s growing management portfolio, which already includes high-profile properties such as Tempe Marketplace, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Novus Place, and Scottsdale Promenade.
