Vestar Secures Major Tenants for Upcoming Phoenix Shopping Center

Vestar has secured two major tenants for its newest retail development in Queen Creek, Vineyard Towne Center. With the signing of Target and Sprouts leases, the center is now 85% leased with its first phase still months from completion. Spanning over 260,000 square feet at the corner of Genteel and Combs Roads, Target will occupy a 147,000 square foot building while Sprouts takes up 23,000 square feet.

The initial phase of this project includes 88,000 square feet featuring Sprouts which is expected to open this summer while 172 thousand-square-foot second phase including Target should be completed by April 2025. Vestar owns and operates several shopping centers across greater Phoenix area such as Queen Creek Marketplace and Desert Ridge Marketplace among others.
