**Vestar Unveils Plans for 200-Acre Legacy Park in Southeast Mesa**

Retail development firm Vestar has announced plans for Legacy Park, a transformative 200-acre mixed-use development in southeast Mesa, Arizona. Strategically located near Mesa Gateway Airport, Arizona Athletic Grounds, and Arizona State University’s Polytechnic campus, the project is being described as a new “urban oasis” designed to serve the rapidly growing population of Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek.

Legacy Park is set to feature:

– A 20-acre urban park with multiple trails and a large man-made lake
– 300,000 square feet of upscale retail and dining space
– 2,400 multifamily residential units
– A 600-room resort hotel
– 3.4 million square feet of mid-rise office and corporate campus space

Vestar is partnering with Pacific Proving LLC, the property’s owner, on the development. Designed to blend urban amenities with outdoor space, the project aims to attract both businesses and future residents to the growing southeast Mesa region.

Over the next two years, Vestar will work closely with the City of Mesa to finalize planning and assemble the full development team necessary to bring the ambitious project to life.
