Vessel Technologies, Inc., a mission-driven housing product company and franchisor that provides communities, institutions, and developers with high-quality, sustainable and attainably priced homes is making progress on its first Connecticut project. Assembly of the five-story building at 174 Bank St. in New London recently passed the halfway point with work on the fourth story now underway. Vessel utilizes product design concepts intended to reduce traditional construction timelines by months or even years; completion of this building is expected within one year from its groundbreaking date.
The City of New London celebrated their partnership with Vessel Technologies which brings 30 new rental apartments to downtown’s resurgence during a brief event held Friday at the site location. This marks Connecticut’s first Vessel project and demonstrates an ongoing commitment to providing quality housing options for all residents in need across multiple states nationwide
