Velocity Esports, a premier entertainment destination offering arcade and console games, billiards, and a bar and grill experience, is set to open at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg this month.
As the largest shopping center in Illinois spanning over 2.2 million square feet with nearly 300 stores and restaurants including the recently opened 37,000-square-foot Primark clothing store in October.
The new Velocity location will occupy a vacant space of approximately 15,000 square feet under a secured lease for ten years. The state-of-the-art venue will feature an esports lounge with over 100 titles for both PC and console gaming as well as a dedicated billiards lounge. In addition to hosting live tournaments, Velocity will also cater to private parties and corporate events. With existing locations in Las Vegas and Cincinnati area.
