Roxborough Group and Bendetti have successfully secured a $38.6 million refinancing for Valley View Business Park, an industrial campus spanning 195,603 square feet in Las Vegas. According to Commercial Edge, the deal also involved assuming an existing loan of $20 million with a favorable interest rate from American Equity Investment Life Insurance Co., which originated the five-year note in 2022.
Bendetti previously held joint ownership of the five-building complex with RGA ReCap Inc., purchasing it from Morrison Street Capital for $16.3 million in 2014.
This latest partnership marks Roxborough’s second investment in Las Vegas’ thriving industrial market.
Valley View Business Park comprises five single-story buildings located at 3859-3871 S. Valley View Blvd and includes a freestanding retail space spanning over 47,874 square feet.
Originally built between 1979 and1981, these properties have undergone significant renovations under Bendetti’s ownership to meet modern standards and attract top tenants.
