Vector Media has secured a new office space at 845 Third Avenue through Rudin Management. The lease, spanning seven years and three months, encompasses modern pre-built premises on the building’s 14th floor.
Designed by Emory Roth & Sons and situated between 51st and 52nd streets, this property is renowned for its well-lit workspaces and efficient layouts. Vector Media, one of the largest “out-of-home” media companies in the nation, is set to relocate from their current offices in another Rudin Building at 560 Lexington Avenue to this new location by Q4 of 2023.
The lease was arranged by Gregg Cohen and Nicholas B. Markel of Cresa while Robert Steinman represented landlord Rudin Management in-house. By Q4 of 2023, Vector Media will have relocated from their offices at another Rudin Building on Lexington Avenue with asking rents for spaces at $60 per square foot available now at Third Avenue’s address.
