Colliers has recently finished the construction of a state-of-the-art cross-dock facility spanning 1 million square feet at 1251 Coverstone Drive. This impressive building, located in the Northern Virginia/I-81 Corridor, is the largest speculative industrial project to be completed in 2025.
The facility is part of One Logistics Park, a larger industrial development covering over 2.8 million square feet and developed by The Meridian Group and Wickshire Industrial. Colliers’ Vice Chair John Lesinski, Executive Vice President Ben Luke and Associate Vice President Clay Ellis have led the leasing efforts for this project.
The building was constructed through a joint venture between ARCO Design Build and Meridian Construction Group with an impressive size of over one million square feet (specifically measuring at 1,024,000-square-feet). Phase one of One Logistics Park will include two facilities totaling nearly 1.4 million square feet while also featuring an additional build-to-suit structure spanning across approximately360 ,000squarefeet .
