Hines, AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust and Marquee Development announced that Värde Partners signed a 12-year lease for 28,000 square feet of space at North Loop Green in the North Loop Neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis. Representing Värde was JLL while Hines and JLL represented ownership.
Opening in Q1 2024, the mixed-use development is designed by ESG Architects and will offer 350,000 square feet of next generation office space with flexible workspaces as well as 350 residential apartments, 100 hospitality units and 15,000 square feet dedicated to premier food & beverage offerings. The project was partially funded through a private placement program connecting financial professionals with their high net worth clients for one off development opportunities.
Värde plans to relocate from AT&T Tower to its new location in March 2025.
