VanTrust Real Estate has started construction on Rio Del Oro Business Park, a new Class A industrial project in Rancho Cordova. The development is conceived as a multi-building shallow-bay industrial park designed to accommodate a range of local and regional industrial users seeking modern space.
The project will deliver three separate Class A industrial buildings with shallow-bay configurations. The buildings are planned at 112,825 square feet, 103,690 square feet, and 65,920 square feet, respectively, for a combined total of 282,435 square feet of industrial space. Construction is underway, with completion and initial delivery of space targeted for the summer of 2027.
Rio Del Oro Business Park is located on an 18.72-acre site at the intersection of Rancho Cordova Parkway and Gold Dredge Way. The property sits within the Rio Del Oro Specific Plan area, positioning the park within a larger planned growth framework for the surrounding community. The site layout is intended to support flexible configurations that can respond to a variety of tenant requirements.
The project is tailored to occupiers needing space in the 15,000 to 50,000 square-foot range. Suites will start at approximately 15,600 square feet, with the ability to combine adjacent spaces to create larger footprints as tenant needs evolve. This configuration is aimed at serving both local and regional industrial users that require modern, efficient warehouse or light industrial space but do not need large-scale bulk distribution buildings.
HPA Architecture is providing design services for the development, establishing the overall building and site design. Uprite Construction is serving as the general contractor responsible for vertical construction, while Wood Rodgers, Inc. is acting as civil engineer, overseeing site infrastructure and related civil work.
