"Valon Technologies Relocates to Midtown South in the Fintech Industry"

Valon Technologies, a fintech company backed by private equity, has secured a 13,815 square foot office space on the full floor of 860 Broadway in Midtown South. The tech-enabled mortgage servicer chose this location for its relocation in Q1 of 2024 after previously working out of a co-working space. Originally built in 1926 and renovated by Gordon Property Group in 2019, the building boasts unique features such as Andy Warhol’s former Factory studio space.

JLL’s Seth Hecht and Thomas Swartz represented the landlord while Cushman & Wakefield represented Valon. “Our portfolio of properties in Midtown South is designed to cater to innovative businesses looking for top-notch office spaces and an attractive neighborhood experience that draws employees to their workplace,” stated Tim Gordon, managing director at Gordon Property Group.
