### Valley Ranch Marketplace Set to Begin Construction in 2026

A new 188-acre shopping and retail center, Marketplace, is coming soon to Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre master-planned community in New Caney. Set to break ground in 2026, the development will feature 850,000 square feet of retail space. Valley Ranch is being developed by Signorelli, just north of Houston.

Marketplace is designed as a walkable shopping center, offering outdoor seating at restaurants and a mix of national retailers and local shops. The center will be located along Valley Ranch Parkway, south of the Grand Parkway and north of Olympic Forest Drive. Tenant discussions are already underway, with plans to construct a big-box retail building first, followed by the Village Green areas and pad sites.

Signorelli highlights that Valley Ranch Town Center, an existing open-air market within the community, is among the most visited outdoor shopping centers in Houston. Beyond Marketplace and Valley Ranch Town Center, the developer is also working on The Valley Ranch Entertainment District, which will feature an amphitheater, a movie theater, and Lumos, a family entertainment concept.
