The ownership group of Vai’s Italian Kitchen + Bar, which has been operating its restaurant within Fox River Commons since 2018, recently signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) to open a new concept in Naperville, Illinois. The 5,540 square foot space will feature ENTOURAGE – a partnership between Michael Vai and Scott Wegener – offering craftfully dry-aged cuts of beef, seafood dishes, sandwiches and small plates. Kristina O’Keefe and Rachel Lee from CRC represented the landlord in this transaction.
CRC acquired Fox River Commons last year as part of their portfolio expansion in the suburban Chicago real estate market. Headquartered in Maryland with expertise in retail and multifamily properties management and investment services; CRC is excited to welcome this new addition to their growing collection.
