The ownership group of Vai’s Italian Kitchen + Bar, which has been operating its restaurant within Fox River Commons since 2018, recently signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) to open a new concept in the shopping center located in Naperville, Illinois. The 5,540 square feet space will be home to ENTOURAGE – a collaboration between Michael Vai and Scott Wegener that will feature expertly dry-aged cuts of beef, fresh seafood dishes, sandwiches and small plates. Kristina O’Keefe and Rachel Lee from CRC represented the landlord in this transaction.
Last year CRC acquired Fox River Commons as part of their portfolio expansion into suburban Chicago’s real estate market. Headquartered in Maryland, CRC is an experienced commercial real estate company specializing in retail and multifamily properties acquisition and management.
