The University of Washington Bothell, in collaboration with Capstone Development Partners and Harrison Street, recently celebrated the opening of the first phase of their new on-campus Residential Village. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place in Bothell, WA and marked a significant milestone for this project.
This initial phase includes two new buildings: Summit Hall and the Terrace Dining Pavilion. Summit Hall offers 380 beds for first-year students in traditional-style units with mostly double occupancy. Additionally, it features 14,000 square feet of office space on its ground level. The Terrace Dining Pavilion is a state-of-the-art facility spanning over 15,000 square feet and accommodating up to 495 seats. It provides various dining options not only for residential students but also for other members of UW Bothell’s shared campus with Cascadia College.
Chad Izmirian, Senior Vice President at Capstone Development Partners expressed his appreciation towards UW Bothell’s team as well as his excitement about completing the final phase next summer: “We are grateful to have collaborated with UW Bothell on this project and we look forward to its completion.”
