UTSA and JLL are seeking proposals for a lead development team to create plans, secure funding, manage operations and maintain a mixed-use development on 28.46 acres of land owned by the university. This plot is located at the intersection of North Loop 1604 West and Kyle Seale Parkway.
The real estate advisory team representing UTSA consists of Mark Krenger, Nina Farrell, and Connor Russell from JLL.
Situated near UTSA’s Park West Campus as well as other prominent locations such as USAA headquarters, Valero headquarters, La Cantera shopping center, and The RIM Shopping Center; this area includes two separate sites measuring 6.07 acres and 22.39 acres respectively. UTSA is searching for a partner who shares their vision of creating pedestrian-friendly mixed-use developments that enhance density while providing more amenities for students at UTSA and residents in the surrounding San Antonio neighborhoods.
The chosen developer will lease the site from UTSA.
Proposals must be submitted by August 14th in order to be considered.
