"Utah Investor Purchases Two Anaheim Hotels for $303M"

T2 Hospitality, based in Newport Beach, has recently sold two hotels in Anaheim to real estate investment firm Dynamic City Capital. The Orange County Business Journal reported that the purchase price for both properties was $303 million. The first property is SpringHill Suites located at 1801 S. Harbor Blvd and the second is Residence Inn at 640 W. Katella Ave.

Both of these hotels are situated near popular attractions such as Disneyland Resort and Anaheim Convention Center, making them highly desirable locations for visitors. They also join another hotel owned by Dynamic City Capital in the same area – Anaheim Portofino Inn & Suites.

The nine-floor Residence Inn opened its doors in August of 2016 and boasts a total of 294 rooms spread across a massive building spanning over 202,759 square feet. Meanwhile, SpringHill Suites debuted back in October of 2014 with five floors and a total of174 rooms occupying nearly122,500 square feet.

Dynamic City Capital’s managing partner Joel Sybrowsky focuses on investing across various asset classes including hospitality,multifamily,self-storage,and retail throughout western United States according to reports from the Business Journal.

In summary,T2 Hospitality has successfully completed their sale to Utah-based investor,Dynamic City Capital.The two prime location hotels have been acquired for an impressive sum totaling $303 million.This acquisition adds onto Dynamic’s existing portfolio which includes nearby hotel property,Aneheim Portofino Inn &Suites.Dynamic’s focus on investing across different asset classes makes this deal even more promising as they continue expanding their presence within western United States’ real estate market.
