**UT Dallas Acquires 151,340-SF Office Property on Waterview Parkway**
Avison Young, a global real estate advisory firm, has announced the sale of a five-story, 151,340-square-foot office building located at 17787 Waterview Parkway in Dallas, Texas. The property, situated just steps from the main campus of the University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas), was acquired by the university. The seller was CFT NV Developments, the development arm of Panda Express restaurants.
Built in 1994 and positioned on 5.22 acres, the property was delivered vacant at the time of sale. It features 477 surface and covered parking spaces and benefits from a prime location near SH-190 and just minutes from I-75, offering convenient access for students, faculty, and staff.
The sale was brokered by Avison Young’s Bruce Butler, Susan Gwin Burks, and John Bowles, who represented the seller in the transaction.
“This Waterview property will help support additional university academic and operational needs,” said Bruce Butler. “UT Dallas intends to occupy the entire property after necessary modifications are completed.”
