USA Properties Fund has recently begun construction on Terracina at Westpark, an affordable apartment community located in the rapidly growing city of Roseville. This development marks only the second project for USA Properties in their hometown, despite having 33 properties throughout Greater Sacramento.
Terracina at Westpark will consist of two sites – one north and one south – situated at 3440 Westbrook Blvd. and 1040 Lower Bank Dr. respectively. The community will offer affordable one- to three-bedroom apartments in a highly sought-after location where rent increases have outpaced wage growth over recent years.
Conveniently located near a large shopping center with a grocery store, top-rated public schools, and numerous neighborhood parks, this new development is poised to meet the demand for quality housing options in Roseville’s fast-growing market. Additionally, major shopping centers like the Westfield Galleria at Roseville (the largest mall in Sacramento) as well as healthcare providers such as Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health are just a short drive away.
