"UrgentWay Opens New Urgent Care Center in Bronx"

Simone Development Companies has recently announced the signing of a long-term lease with UrgentWay, a leading provider of walk-in medical services. The 2,000-square-foot urgent care center will be located at 2826 Westchester Avenue in the Pelham Bay section of the Bronx.

This lease marks full occupancy for the property, which also houses Steppingstone Day School. The two-story building spans over 19,250 square feet and offers a mix of medical facilities, offices and community services that are all easily accessible to those with disabilities.

The leasing process was successfully facilitated by Sinovsky Realty Services on behalf of UrgentWay while Simone Development Companies’ in-house leasing and legal teams represented the property. According to Josh Gopan, vice president of leasing at Simone Development Companies: “UrgentWay is an integral part of this crucial healthcare and daycare hub serving Pelham Bay and its surrounding areas.”
