UrbanStreet Group recently secured a $62 million construction loan for The Douglas at Goodyear, a 307-unit single-family-rental community located just two miles from the Goodyear airport. The property, which was purchased by UrbanStreet Group for $14.5 million six months ago, will feature 39 two-story townhomes and amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, sports court, playground and dog park.
The financing was arranged by Pat Dempsey Senior of Walker & Dunlop on behalf of the borrower. The site is conveniently situated near Interstate 10 and Loop 303 in close proximity to Phoenix-Goodyear Airport. With its prime location just west of Phoenix city center and easy access to major highways, this development is poised for success in the growing rental market.
