Urban League of Metro Seattle Secures Land for Construction of New Headquarters

Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle has acquired a 1.19-acre site in Seattle’s North Rainier Urban Village for $14.35 million, with the intention to build their future headquarters on the property. Additionally, approximately 275-300 new affordable apartment homes will be provided at this location. SRM Development has been hired to provide development management services and construction is expected to begin in summer 2025 with funding from City of Seattle’s Office of Housing ($2.5 million) and Washington State Housing Finance Commission ($12 million). The latter’s Community Development Land Acquisition Program (CDLAP) is funded by Microsoft’s $50 million commitment
