Urban Edge Properties Inks Long-Term Lease with La-Z-Boy at Goucher Commons
Urban Edge Properties has secured a long-term lease with La-Z-Boy for a new 11,605-square-foot store at Goucher Commons in Towson, Maryland. This marks the second deal between Urban Edge and La-Z-Boy and brings the retail center to full occupancy.
KLNB’s Michael Patz represented La-Z-Boy in the transaction, while Ryan Wilner and Michael Ginsburg of KLNB represented Urban Edge Properties.
Goucher Commons is located in the heart of a high-traffic retail corridor with convenient access to Route 695. The center is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and features a diverse mix of national retailers including DSW, Golf Galaxy, HomeGoods, Ulta, Five Below, Kirkland’s, DXL, and Mattress Firm.
