Uptown Luxury Tower: $130M, 31-Story High-Rise

This fall, Alamo Manhattan will begin construction on Uptown Dallas’ newest residential tower. The $130 million Fairmount Tower near Turtle Creek is expected to have rooms available in late 2025 and will feature 318 apartment units across 31 stories. In addition to luxury units, the project includes 3,600 square feet of ground floor retail space with a restaurant and is located across from the new Marriott Dallas Uptown Hotel – another Alamo Manhattan project designed by WDG Architecture.

Residents can enjoy amenities such as an expansive eighth-floor outdoor patio with resort-style pool and adjacent amenity area; a thirteenth-floor exterior dog park patio; large resident lounge on the top floor offering unobstructed views of both Uptown and Downtown Dallas; wood plank flooring throughout apartments; oversized operable windows for natural light flow; quartz countertops in kitchens along with stainless steel appliances.
