Peachtree Group has recently begun construction on a new development in Uptown Dallas, featuring both an AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel. This 19-story building will add 264 rooms to the popular McKinney Avenue corridor and is set to open in summer of 2026.
The dual-branded hotel will consist of two separate sections, with the AC Hotel offering 110 rooms and the Moxy Hotel providing 154 rooms. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, bar, lounge area on the eighth floor with an outdoor terrace and water features.
According to Greg Friedman from Peachtree Group, this location is ideal for visitors as it is located near numerous restaurants, bars and entertainment options. The elevated amenity deck and custom-branded bar will also provide guests with a unique experience within Uptown Dallas.
In addition to these features, there will be onsite parking available for guests at a garage that can hold up to 261 vehicles. This convenient option makes it easy for visitors exploring McKinney Avenue or staying at one of these stylish hotels.
