Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has successfully secured a new long-term lease for No Standing NYC, a high-end vintage and secondhand retailer. The 1,320-square-foot space is located at the prime intersection of SoHo and Greenwich Village on West Houston Street.
Founded in 2019 by Sari Cattan and Helena Dweck, both native New Yorkers, No Standing NYC started as a curated collection of their favorite pieces from their grandmothers’ closets. Today, they source items from all over the world to offer customers an authentic luxury shopping experience. Previously situated at 74 Grand St., the boutique is now open by appointment only at its temporary location on Varick St., with plans to move into its new permanent home by the end of November.
Joshua Roth, Senior Vice President of Retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., negotiated this deal on behalf of his company. He praised Sari and Helena as true New Yorkers who have made No Standing NYC an integral part of the neighborhood’s culture with their love for luxury fashion and dedication to authenticity.
This relocation marks another exciting chapter in No Standing NYC’s growth story as it continues to establish itself as a premier destination for vintage fashion enthusiasts in New York City.
