Amaris, the luxury condominium component of Phase 2 at the Southwest Waterfront’s The Wharf in Washington, D.C., has officially sold all 96 of its units.
The high-end development, which opened in 2022, quickly became a benchmark for luxury living in the region. Amaris set records in 2023, including a penthouse sale that reached $12.76 million—the highest condo sale price in District history. The units averaged a selling price of $2.5 million.
Designed by the late, world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly, the 12-story waterfront residence features interiors by acclaimed designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. Amaris was developed by Hoffman & Associates, a prominent real estate firm known for its projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
The Wharf is a $3.6 billion, world-class mixed-use waterfront neighborhood located along the Washington Channel of the Potomac River. It features over 80 restaurants and shops, four hotels, and a vibrant community of residents and professionals.
