**High-End Mediterranean Restaurant Coming to Forest Hills**
Muss Development LLC has finalized a long-term lease agreement for a new high-end Mediterranean restaurant at its 7000 Austin Street property in Forest Hills, Queens. The restaurant, set to open by the end of the year, will occupy 8,631 square feet on the building’s first floor, a space previously occupied by TGI Fridays.
The new dining establishment is backed by a group that already operates several successful restaurants throughout Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island.
“Well-located neighborhood retail continues to thrive in Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island,” said Jason Muss, president of Muss Development. “We are pleased to welcome this high-end Mediterranean restaurant to 7000 Austin Street and to Forest Hills. We believe it will be a great fit with our other tenants, the shopping corridor, and the entire neighborhood.”
Bill Bergman of Muss Development represented the ownership in-house, while Nicholas Kalomeris and Peter Botsaris of Botsaris Morris Realty Group represented the tenant.
Located between 69th Road and 70th Avenue, 7000 Austin Street is a two-story, mixed-use property comprising 78,938 square feet of office and retail space.
