Inspire Orthodontics has signed a long-term lease with Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. for a street-level space at 424 W. End Ave on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The luxury rental apartment building, West River House, is owned by Manhattan Skyline and consists of 22 stories and 230 units.
The new orthodontics practice will be led by Dr. Reem Abdulrahman and will operate from a spacious 1,357-square-foot space with prime frontage along West End Avenue spanning over 44 feet.
Joshua Roth, Senior Vice President of Retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corporation expressed his excitement about the new addition to their property saying “We are thrilled to welcome Inspire Orthodontics to our community at West River House.” He also mentioned that residents in this bustling neighborhood can look forward to receiving top-notch patient care services from Dr.Reem’s practice.
Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in negotiating the long-term lease while independent broker Dr.Richard Hittman represented Inspire Orthodontics in the transaction. The leased space was previously occupied by Poppyseed Pre-Nursery before being taken over by Inspire Orthodontics under this agreement.
