TF Cornerstone, also known as TFC, has recently signed a lease with Warby Parker for a 1,400-square-foot space on the ground floor of The Fairfax building located at 69th Street and Third Avenue in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The popular eye care lifestyle brand is set to open its doors at this location in August.
The lease was arranged by Winick Realty Group’s Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen and Tom Galo on behalf of TF Cornerstone. This marks another step in Warby Parker’s move into physical retail spaces after previously operating solely online. They currently have stores on the Upper West Side as well as Midtown and Lower Manhattan.
“We are excited to add Warby Parker to our portfolio here at TFC and welcome them to our Fairfax property,” said Steve Gonzalez, VP of retail leasing for TF Cornerstone. “It is an honor to be part of their expansion efforts as they continue their mission of providing consumers with high-quality eyewear that is both accessible and affordable.”
