Upland Residential Project: Landmark Company Acquires Acreage

Progressive Real Estate Partners (PREP) recently facilitated the sale of 4.84 acres of land at 1400 E. Arrow Hwy in Upland for $6.5 million in an all-cash transaction. The Landmark Company, a Southern California-based real estate investment and development company, purchased the land and has partnered with Century Communities to build Rose Glen – a residential development project located within Upland’s city limits.
SVP Paul Galmarini and investment land & sales specialist Chris Lindholm represented both the Inland Empire-based private seller as well as The Landmark Company during this transaction process .
Rose Glen will be comprised of 64 two-story single family detached homes with two car attached garages; resulting in an overall density of 13.2 dwelling units per acre upon completion . Grading is scheduled to begin July 2021, with first Rose Glen homes becoming available by Q2 2024 .
