Calare Properties has recently completed renovations on an 80,000-square-foot office building located at 325 Foxborough Blvd. in Foxborough, MA. This property now serves as the corporate headquarters for NECI, a leading provider of solutions and services for industrial automation, data management, and digital transformation.
In November 2022, Calare acquired the vacant building and secured a long-term lease with NECI. The site is situated within the desirable Foxborough Business Center Park on a spacious 9.4-acre lot that includes amenities such as a fitness center, cafeteria,and outdoor spaces.
