The seller, The Rita J. Mass Trust, was represented by Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates and Tom Glusic of Coldwell Banker Realty. The buyer, Underground Motor Sports, was represented by Kris Seegren and John Steele of RE/MAX Plaza.
