*Skender* has announced internal leadership advancements, including the appointment of two new shareholders: Ryan Cotter, Preconstruction Executive, and Lauren Torres, Project Executive. Additionally, the firm has promoted four team members: Tony Scott to Project Executive; Marty Barrett to Senior Project Manager; Taylor Betthauser to Senior Project Manager; and Brian Eddy to Senior Project Manager.
*Cresa* has elevated Tricia Trester to President of Global Portfolio Solutions and Mark Wanic to President of Project Management. The seller, The Rita J. Mass Trust, was represented by Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates and Tom Glusic of Coldwell Banker Realty. The buyer, Underground Motor Sports, was represented by Kris Seegren and John Steele of RE/MAX Plaza.
