**Park Madison Partners Expands Leadership Team**
Real estate advisory firm Park Madison Partners has announced several senior leadership promotions. Carrie Coulson Naik, Jack Koch, and Robert Kohn have been promoted to Managing Partner. Additionally, Partners Brian DiSalvo and John Sweeney have been appointed to the firm’s Executive Committee, signifying continued growth and strategic leadership evolution.
**CREFC Appoints New Chair and Announces Annual Awards**
The CRE Finance Council (CREFC) has selected Leland F. Bunch III, Managing Director at Bank of America, as Chair of the CREFC Executive Committee and Board of Governors for the 2025–2026 term. Bunch, a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate finance industry, takes over from outgoing Chair Bob Foley, Partner at TPG Real Estate and CFO of TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc.
At its annual conference in New York City, CREFC also announced this year’s award recipients. Lea Overby received the Woman of Distinction Award, while Toby Cobb was honored with the Founders Award.
**GSA Names New CFO**
Global Student Accommodation (GSA) has appointed Jennifer Bitterman as Chief Financial Officer. Based in New York, Bitterman joins the company from Andover Properties, where she had also served as CFO since July 2023.
**CounterpointeSRE Adds Industry Veteran in New Leadership Role**
Sustainable real estate finance firm Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate (CounterpointeSRE) has named Huxley Somerville as Managing Director to lead its asset management team. Somerville previously served 28 years with Fitch Ratings, most recently as Head of North American CMBS, where he led significant team and capabilities expansion.
**X-Caliber Capital Hires New FHA Chief Underwriter**
X-Caliber Capital, an FHA-approved MAP lender and loan servicer, has announced the appointment of Adlana Buck as FHA Chief Underwriter. Buck brings nearly 25 years of experience in multifamily and HUD-insured lending, most recently holding the same title at Capital One.
**ISS Promotes Rene van Camp to Lead Hospitality Initiatives**
ISS, a global leader in workplace experience and facility management, has promoted Rene van Camp to Chief Hospitality Officer for ISS North America and Principal at Guckenheimer, its culinary brand. In this newly created role, van Camp will drive strategy, innovation, and success for the company’s integrated food and hospitality programs across the region.
