**Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc.** has announced that Chairman of the Board Richard Ziman will retire from his position following the company’s annual meeting of stockholders on June 3. Pending the election of directors at the meeting, the Board has approved the appointment of current lead independent director Tyler Rose as the new chairman.

**Jeff Huddleston** has joined RMC as Vice President of Environmental Services. Based in the Orange County/Anaheim office, Huddleston brings 45 years of experience and will work across departments to strengthen environmental programs and promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.

**CBRE** has announced the return of Patrick Church as Executive Vice President in Los Angeles. Church will focus on the life sciences sector and re-engage with the office sector, providing advisory services to both landlords and occupiers. He rejoins CBRE following an 11-year tenure at JLL, where he was Managing Director on the West Coast Life Sciences team.

**Muinzer**, a private equity real estate investment firm specializing in student housing, has promoted Michael Snyder to President. He will also continue serving in his role as Chief Operating Officer.

**First American Financial Corporation**, a leading provider of title, settlement, and risk solutions for real estate transactions, has appointed Mark E. Seaton as CEO, succeeding Ken DeGiorgio. Additionally, Matt F. Wajner has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, and current Board Chair Dennis J. Gilmore will become Executive Chairman.

**Kilroy Realty Corporation** announced that independent director Scott Ingraham will retire from the Board of Directors at the company’s annual meeting on May 20. Ingraham has been on the board since 2007 and currently chairs the audit committee.

**Intapp**, a global provider of AI-powered solutions for professionals in the advisory, capital markets, and legal sectors, has entered into an agreement to acquire **TermSheet**, a software provider for real estate teams. The transaction is expected to close within the next 45 days, subject to customary closing conditions.

**San Bernardino County** is seeking an Assistant Director of Real Estate Services to lead its leasing, acquisitions, and departmental operations. The role will be based in San Bernardino, California. Responsibilities include negotiating complex real estate deals, overseeing key divisions such as Fiscal, Right-of-Way, and Leasing, and ensuring compliance with policies and financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, with robust knowledge in financial analysis, long-range planning, business incentives, and market principles.
