Harwood International has announced its plans to begin construction on Harwood No. 15, a 23-story tower, in early 2025 with an expected completion date of 2027. The tower will be located at the intersection of N. Harwood Street and Harry Hines Boulevard in the vibrant Harwood District, just north of downtown Dallas and near the entrance to Dallas North Tollway.
The project is estimated to cost $120 million and will offer approximately 340,000 rentable square feet along with a parking garage and retail space. Among its many amenities will be saunas, steam rooms, a cold plunge pool, fitness center with locker rooms,and conference center for tenants’ use.
In addition to these features,the tower also plans to include a rooftop park spanning over20 ,000 square feet as well as an upscale restaurant on the ground floor.
