"Updated Plans for Atlanta's Newest Tallest Building"

Rockefeller Group’s plans for the 60-story 1072 West Peachtree are constantly evolving as construction progresses. The tower is expected to reach a height of over 730 feet, making it not only Atlanta’s tallest residential building but also its fifth tallest high-rise.

According to Urbanize Atlanta, one of the main features of this development will be Midtown’s largest outdoor amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the city. This space will be known as the Sky Garden and is designed to provide residents with a world-class experience. Additionally, there will be approximately 6,300 square feet of retail on street level and more than 224,000 square feet of Class A office space above that. The top floors will house over 350 apartments along with luxurious amenities curated by Rockefeller.

In an effort to promote sustainable transportation options and reduce reliance on cars in this urban area, Rockefeller has scaled back their original plan for parking spots and instead allocated two stories for cyclists’ needs such as bike storage facilities and showers. There will also be a state-of-the-art fitness center available for residents.

While no specific completion date has been announced yet for this project at West Peachtree Street NW in Atlanta , significant progress has been made since demolition work began almost two years ago.
