Rockefeller Group’s plans for the 60-story 1072 West Peachtree are constantly evolving as construction progresses. According to Rockefeller, the tower will reach a height of over 730 feet, making it not only Atlanta’s tallest residential building but also its fifth tallest high-rise.
According to Urbanize Atlanta, one of the most significant features of this development will be Midtown’s largest outdoor amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the city. This feature is called the Sky Garden and is designed to provide residents with an unparalleled experience. The current plans include retail space totaling 6,300 square feet on street level and Class A office space spanning over 224,000 square feet above that. In addition to these amenities described by Rockefeller as world-class,the top floors will house more than350 apartments.
The company has decided against constructing its originally planned numberof parking spots and instead intends to utilize a two-story area where cyclists can securely lock their bikes away before taking advantage of shower facilities in additionto a fitness center.
