### CM Realty Plans Large Community in Terrell
CM Realty has acquired 500 acres in Kaufman County and is set to develop a large-scale community in Terrell, including both residential and commercial real estate.
The planned development, named **Evening Star Ranch**, will feature 800 apartments, 1,000 homes, and 197,700 square feet of commercial space. The commercial area will include a grocery store, a restaurant, and a financial institution. The City of Terrell facilitated the agreement with CM Realty, with Rex Glendenning of Frisco-based Rex Real Estate representing both parties in the transaction. The project will be located at **16242 State Highway 34**.
Terrell, approximately **25 miles east of downtown Dallas**, is attracting increasing interest from homebuyers and developers due to its **growing population of over 21,000 residents** and its accessibility via **I-20 and U.S. Highway 80**.
Construction for the project is expected to begin within a year and will proceed in phases. CM Realty is currently seeking development partners to collaborate on the project.
