"Upcoming Auction for WA Office Portfolio with Minimum Bid of $25M"

Northmarq and Federal National Finance Corporation have announced that a 465,029 square-foot office portfolio located at 2400-2410 Stevens Drive in Richland, Washington will be auctioned on the Ten-X platform later this month. The property is being marketed by Brian Corriston of Northmarq and Jay Belk of Federal National Finance, with Ten-X managing the auction. With a minimum bid set at $25 million, this online commercial real estate auction is one of the largest scheduled for 2024.

The portfolio includes six office buildings and five land parcels anchored by the US Department of Energy on the Hanford Nuclear Reservation site. This site was established in 1943 as part of the Manhattan Project to produce plutonium for national defense.

Currently at 95% occupancy with long-standing tenants such as Bechtel National and Washington River Protection Solutions alongside DOE tenants, this property has an average occupancy rate of 15.3 years among its tenant roster.
